Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted in the form of a store credit. This can be awarded within 10 days for Australian customers and 20 for international due to the delivery times. If these days are passed we cannot unfortunately offer you any sort of exchange. If the item was sent to you damaged or the wrong size, colour or description as what you ordered - send us an email reversesurf@outlook.com with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation and we will handle it personally - however if this is not done so in between the time frames listed, we are regretfully unable to assist. 

Return delivery payments will be made directly from the customer - we are not held responsible - unless of course it was our mistake!

Please we ask that you use a trackable shipping service upon your returning of the package as we cannot assist or interfere if your package does not reach us. 

Once your return is received we will email you with a store credit voucher in the original amount of your item - excluding shipping & GST.

SALE ITEMS:

Unfortunately all Sale items are final and no refunds or store credits are allowed. 

The same goes for items purchased with an online code

 

SHIPPING: 

Items that are purchased between Monday - Friday before 2pm AEST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours of the next working business day. 

We offer world wide shipping - allowing for varied rates when purchasing items domestically and internationally.
