RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES MADE AT REVERSESURF.COM
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely happy with the item(s) you received, we will happily exchange or refund any full or promotional price purchase within 28 days of date of delivery. Items can be returned due to the following conditions.
All items eligible for return must be in original saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
To make your on-line returns as easy as possible, please process a return request here and follow these simple steps:
- Enter email address and order number
- Select item you wish to return and reason for the return
- Your request will be reviewed by customer service (allow for 24 working hours for a response)
- Once a request to return the item has been approved, you will receive an e-mail notification
- Pack your item(s) securely and include your order number or tax invoice as a reference
- Ship your item(s)*
- Exchange or refund will be processed once item is received – confirmation e-mail will be sent.
*For all returns, we recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. All return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Reverse Surf Apparel.

We do not accept “change of mind” exchanges or refunds for items purchased on MARKDOWN.
For items purchased in multi-buy offers, you must return all items purchased under the offer as we do not offer partial returns.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not offer exchange or refunds on swimwear, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings.
For faulty items, we will happily refund with proof of purchase or exchange at the current scanning value in the absence of proof of purchase.
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under Australia Consumer Law.
